The study population consisted of peer-reviewed scientific research published in recognized global and Arab databases (between January 2024 and January 2026). A representative purposive sample of six in-depth case studies—selected based on specific inclusion and exclusion criteria—was analyzed using a validated content analysis tool that covered methodological characteristics, objectives, application areas, findings, and ethical dimensions. The analysis revealed five key trends: prediction and early detection, psychological assessment and diagnosis,This encompasses therapy, counseling, and psychological interventions; chatbots, smart platforms, and continuous interaction; as well as ethical and professional dimensions. The findings confirmed that artificial intelligence serves as a supportive tool that enhances psychological practice without supplanting the pivotal role and professional judgment of the human practitioner, while highlighting the necessity of ensuring privacy and mitigating algorithmic bias.
