Abstract

   In this research I  present the phenomenon of intertextuality in the poetry of Libyan poet whose poetic and cultural talent enabled him to get a high global rank, that he became one of those got great appreciation in modern studies .This study shed a light on AL-FAZANI poetry with extent and interrelation of other texts , whether they are religious or literary. I focused on three important aspects within this study, which I referred in details with the poem (The Torments of The Emerging nights) by the Libyan poet AL-FAZANI , which is clear from its title that carries an intertextuality with the HOLY QURAN in some of its verses which are embedded and show us the feelings and suffering of spectacular writer.
